Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Lexi Scatena is an electronic dance music vocalist and top liner. A pop music girl at heart, she began to gain traction in the electronic dance scene with her release “First Place” on Monstercat Records (Marshmello, Sullivan King) alongside Yetep and Caslow. Within a year of its release, she’s collaborated with a number of on-the-rise producers, including Star Seed, Mo Falk, Lockbox, Synymata, and Chenda, with support from labels like Ophelia Records, Wave/Paradise Music, and Future Generation. Aside from lending her delicate, heartfelt vocals, she’s helped pen tracks for other artists including upcoming pop artist, Kaila Hoy, and electronic duo, Culture Codes (Wish You the Best).
Scatena describes her style as a melting pot of pop, acoustic, alternative, and rock influenced melodic bass. She prides herself in being versatile, switching between soft, dreamy, & chill sounds to belting vulnerable lyrics over angsty, electronic driven tracks. As an artist, she is heavily influenced by Tate Mcrae, Tori Kelly, Loote, Julia Michaels, and Taylor Swift.
